Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
The shipping will be done on Sunday through to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are shipping off days. Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after payment is received.

COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER
Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd (34594-V) is our preferred courier to all destinations in Peninsular Malaysia.

For Sabah, Serawak, Labuan and other locations in Peninsular Malaysia not covered by Skynet, delivery will be done through Pos Malaysia.

To oversea destinations, the delivery will be done through Pos Malaysia Berhad. 

SHIPPING RATE
FREE of charge for purchases worth above RM100 and above, RM5 for purchase below RM100 to destinations in Peninsular Malaysia with Skynet.

To all other locations, the rate will be as per dictated by Pos Malaysia Berhad using e-Parcel. However, you may choose to use Poslaju or any other services as you have to pay for the service yourself.

RETURNS
In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may charge a service fee of 10% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Items to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. We shall provide credit for a return only when we have safely received the items. We recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
